1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging Zam Zam Trading for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.
2. Services Provided
Zam Zam Trading provides licensed electrical and civil contracting services (building electrical works, sub-stations, lift installation, road and RCC construction, embankment protection, canal and river dredging) and nationwide trading supply (finishing thread, construction aggregates, feed mill raw materials) across Bangladesh.
3. Service Agreements
Specific project scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing will be defined in a separate written agreement or purchase order for each engagement. These Terms apply in addition to any signed contract.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are quoted per project or supply order and may vary based on scope, materials and market conditions. Payment terms are agreed per contract — milestone-based for turnkey projects, against-delivery for supply orders, or per government contract schedule.
5. Quality Assurance
All materials and workmanship are sourced and executed to meet relevant Bangladesh standards (BNBC, IEB) and are backed by test reports and documentation where applicable.
6. Delivery and Logistics
Delivery schedules are agreed at the time of order confirmation. Zam Zam Trading is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, transport disruption or government restrictions.
7. Limitation of Liability
Zam Zam Trading's liability for any claim arising from its services or products is limited to the value of the specific contract or order in question, except where prohibited by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics and logos, is the property of Zam Zam Trading and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project or tender process.
10. Data Protection
Personal and business information shared with us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Government Compliance
All government contracting and tender activities are conducted in accordance with applicable e-GP and public procurement regulations of Bangladesh.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or a service agreement will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration or the appropriate courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
13. Contract Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement per the notice period and conditions specified in that agreement. Outstanding payments for work completed remain due upon termination.
14. Modifications
Zam Zam Trading reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
